How does it work?

"Sketch & Fax" your floor plan to us using the graph sheet which is available to download on the right, briefly sketch the basic layout of your property outlining the walls, doors, windows and stairs, remember to include fixtures and fittings. Record dimensions of all rooms you wish to emphasise.

Alternatively forward your existing electronic 2 dimensional plan for conversion.

We aim to return your floor plan within 48 hours. On receipt of your faxed confirmation sheet please inspect and when satisfied sign and return via fax or Email to us.

We will then return your completed image clean in the format of your choice, JPEG, Gif or PDF etc..

Corrections are free of charge.
